USA Network kicked off the summer with a big start for Burn Notice and Royal Pains, both of which had their highest-rated season premieres last night. Burn Notice opened at 9 PM with 6.6 million viewers, 2.6 million of them in the 18-49 demographic. That was up 10% (in viewers) and 2% (in 18-49) over the show’s most recent summer and winter season debuts.
