As rumors of her breast augmentation surgery continue to swirl around the gossip mill, it seems Kate Gosselin actually consulted her bodyguard Steve Neild before getting the work done.

An inside source told press that Kate?s go-to-guy drove her to the doctor to have the surgery and also directed her decision over what kind of procedure to have done.

“Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to Steve about what would look best.”

Of course, Kate denies having the boob job, telling press, “Plastic surgery? Please. Who has time to even think about it, let alone do it?”
