Charlie Sheen: Pleading Guilty
He?s been dealing with the legal drama of his attack on wife Brooke Mueller since Christmas, and finally Charlie Sheen is ready to enter a plea.
According to a report, the ?Two and a Half Men? star will plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of assault in order to get a felony menacing charge dropped.
But pleading guilty to assault has a high likelihood of jail time for Mr. Sheen- up to 45 days behind bars in Aspen?s Pitkin County Jail.
An insider told press, “Sheen’s going to be an Aspen resident for a little while. His legal representatives didn’t want to risk him going to prison and thought it best to resolve the case now… Aspen is a lot more desirable than Canon City.”
